Visit :-  Coir Industry (Coir or coconut fiber is the natural fiber that is extracted from coconut and is a major industry in Alleppey. Kerala is a major producer and exporter of Coir fibers, and coir made products to the world. These are extracted from the coconut husks and can be used to make products like floor mats, doormats, brushes, mattresses, etc. It is also used in upholstery padding, sacking, horticulture, brush making, string making, rope making, etc. You can have a visit to any coir industry and have a look at the different processes involved).                                                               Mullakkal Raja Rajeswari Temple: (Mullakkal Raja Rajeswari Temple is a very famous shrine of Alleppey that is dedicated to Goddess Durga. Navratri festival is celebrated in the month of October/November and Thaipooyakavadi festival is celebrated in the month of November/December. During this time colorful processions are held in the evening that is witnessed by thousands of devotees.
